QHHT
QHHT stands for Quantum Healing Hypnosis. It is a method of hypnosis created by Dolores Cannon over 40 years ago. Using this method of hypnosis allows you to travel “back in time” or forward, or to a parallel life. Whichever direction you go, the focus is that you will always show up at “the most appropriate time and place” to look at, review and examine. After the past life regression we will access the client’s higher-self to receive information and healing for both the physical and emotional bodies. This is a profoundly healing experience that can have tremendous success if you allow it. With the technology that we have, we are now able to perform hypnosis sessions remotely, so that you never have to leave the comfort of your own home.
Light Therapy
Light therapy is exactly what it sounds like. We place pads directly on the body and use different frequencies and harmonics to achieve positive cellular change. Light therapy has many benefits, including pain relief, releasing stress, increasing circulation, restoring energy and bringing about an overall harmonious balance. Because light is quantum energy, these sessions can also be done remotely with great success.
Foot Zoning
Foot Zoning is a form of healing that combines ancient Chinese reflexology and energy work to create a state of homeostasis in the body. By using the map of the foot to target individual signal points and incorporating energy to balance those specific areas, you can achieve a wonderful balance throughout the entire body.
Usui Reiki
The word Reiki translates to Rei – Universal life force / Ki – Energy. With this technique a practitioner is able to move and influence energy in and around the client’s body and energetic field. Energy can become blocked in our chakras and other areas of the body and cause us discomfort physically, mentally or emotionally. By working with the energy to release those blockages, a person is able to move forward once again and will feel much lighter after a session. Reiki sessions can also be done remotely.

Hello, I’m Brooke. I am a star seed that is here now to help raise the collective consciousness and assist humanity in one of its greatest times of transition. I am passionate about helping others heal, grow and become the very best version of themselves, so that they too can assist others.
I am curious and optimistic by nature. These traits have guided me down a path to dabble in numerous different esoteric or new age practices; and have encouraged me to further develop knowledge and understanding in those areas that call deeply to me. I am excited about being here and grateful for the opportunities that we all have to transform not only ourselves, but everything around us.
I am very content at home with my family; it’s the happiest place on Earth! However, there is a part of me that loves to entertain and bring laughter and joy to those around me. My family puts on numerous musical events throughout the year for our local town. You might also find me and my husband on stage together at our nearest community theatre. Showing up, sharing your light and putting a smile on someone’s face can really put things into perspective. It feeds my soul to see others happy.
